If at any point you'd like a full walkthrough of both the Admin Console and the btwb app, you can always schedule a call with a btwb team member. Walkthroughs are held over Zoom and take advantage of the screen sharing feature.
Some people like to experiment and learn the btwb service themselves. Others would rather have an expert guide them through everything. If the demo is more your style, you can schedule a walkthrough here. You can also use the "Schedule A Walkthrough" button via the bottom-right corner of your Admin Console to schedule an appointment at your leisure.
Walkthroughs typically take between 30-45 minutes, and you are guaranteed to leave the call with a firm grasp of the basics necessary to take full advantage of the trial.
